PLEASE SHARE THIS IMPORTANT NEWS WITH YOUR TEAM MEMBERS. We will be adopting the OHA's interim mask guidance starting today Wednesday 5/19 until further notice.

‍A "fully vaccinated individual" who has received both doses of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine or one dose of a single-dose vaccine and at least 14 days have passed since the person's final dose of COVID-19 vaccine will be allowed to play in the TIS arena without a mask.  Of course, Tualatin Indoor Soccer supports & allows anyone that chooses to wear a mask, to continue doing so. 

In order to play in the arena at TIS without having to wear a mask you will need to present your 'Punched' TIS Player Card to the referee at check-in prior to kickoff. If your card has not been 'Punched' by our front office staff; you understand that you are required to wear a mask on the field of play. This is Non-negotiable. If you wish to get your TIS Player card 'punched' you can do this at any time in our front office; by providing an acceptable form of vaccine status - COVID-19 vaccination card, record of COVID-19 vaccination from provider, or a picture of either on your phone to our staff.

Once your TIS Player card is 'Punched' no other vaccine verifying will be asked or required by TIS, unless OHA guidance changes.

As you all know over this last 14 months we thank you for being in absolute compliance with the ever changing OHA & County guidance due to the pandemic. We will continue to abide by all OHA & Washington County Covid-19 Sector Risk level guidance.
